Big Bug Boots is a specialist service to players and staff at pro clubs - first activated in January 2004 - providing the latest high quality performance footwear for playing and training at unbeatable prices. Co-operating with the brands adidas, Canterbury, Mizuno and Puma, we supply players, coaches and physios at the top flight clubs at preferential rates.
The brands get high profile, on-field exposure as well as heightened familiarity for their product amongst key opinion formers.
The players get the best boots at a good price, experience of new product developments, but most importantly a dedicated service and a quick response.
The clubs get a reliable/dedicated supplier and a preferable service solution direct players, staff and academy members.
The key purchase time is during our club fitting visits – usually twice a year. We try to keep a stock of key product at all times and service players by mail order over the phone.
The prices work out to approximately trade price plus VAT.
If you are interested in buying footwear from us you must be employed by or associated with a rugby union club in the English Premiership or First Division, Scottish Pro-Teams or Welsh regions or a rugby league club in Super League or First Division that has established a trade account with us. NB: Further savings can be made when completing your tax return as football/rugby boots are seen as an allowable business expense to pro-rugby players.
Returns policy: The manufacturers accept liability for product defect but only within 7 days of purchase. The manufacture has the option to reprocess or replace the defective product but shall be under no further liability. Big Bug Sports will not accept returns unless the goods are defective as a result of faulty manufacture or in the pre-sale handling and delivery of the product.

Pre- ordered product is more likely to be available. If there is a type of footwear, brand or other item of sports equipment that is missing from our range please inform us.
