Returns policy
Unused goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from ukbigbugsports.com please call us. A full refund or replacement product of similar value will be made within 14 days for goods which are unused and returned to us in good condition (this excludes delivery charges).
Refunds for delivery charges will only be made when the wrong goods have been dispatched to the customer.
Faulty goods
If the goods ordered prove to be faulty please please contact us for authorisation of return within 7 days of purchase. On receipt of the goods if we deem the claim valid, we will return them to the manufacturer for either replacement or repair. The repaired or replaced item will be forwarded to you as soon as possible. Please write a short note highlighting the fault with your name, address and telephone number together with a copy of the sales receipt.
Returning a product
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parceline) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
Warranty
All goods purchased from Big Bug Sports are new as supplied by the manufacturer and therefore carry the warranty as stated by said manufacturer.
